The Story Behind the Photo
The secret to being a good food photographer is to love food and surround yourself with wonderful cooks. This means you eat really well and don’t have to cook or bake. I wanted to make a dessert design and clafoutis was something I could actually make. The yellow plums from the farmers market were just pretty and tasty.
