The Story Behind the Photo
The development of this photo followed a typical timeline—farmers market, idea, studio, paint background, shoot, then roast with olive oil and salt and eat. Sometimes I like to just eat the final product when it’s warm and not shoot again. It can be pretty, but it needs the right light and styling.
